The successful candidate will be required to have strong communication and good people skills, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality, in order to successfully lead our Data Quality Team. Also having an excellent level of IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot IT problems are all essential requirements for this post, making a valuable contribution to the overall performance of the Practice. Main duties of the job The Data Quality & IT Lead role is pivotal in achieving the practice QoF & enhanced service specifications for generating practice income, promoting safety and leading the team to maintain quality for the Practice by undertaking searches, audits, managing the practice recall system and updating practice templates as required. Ensuring accuracy of clinical coding in order to capture clinical information to achieve the various contractual specifications.
