Responsibilities in your new role as the Controls and Electronic Engineer:
Responsibilities include designing and building embedded systems, including firmware development, as well as testing and debugging these systems. You'll monitor and maintain the system post-development, working to improve its efficiency and stability. Collaboration with customers and other departments is key to creating systems tailored to their needs. Additionally, you'll assist in developing production processes and procedures and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
Your personality, experience, and qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant industrial experience, ideally in a controls or electronics-focused position. Proficiency in embedded systems development, debugging, troubleshooting, and program creation using MATLAB/Simulink is essential. Strong C or C++ programming skills and familiarity with embedded systems communication protocols are also required. Experience integrating new sensor technologies is a plus.
