We’re working with a fast-growing, tech-savvy logistics business that puts customer experience at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking for a passionate and detail-driven Customer Services Advisor to join their friendly, remote team.
Role: Customer Services Advisor
Location: Fully Remote (occasional office visits may be required)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: £25,000
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role:
* Responding to customer queries across multiple channels in a warm and professional manner
* Taking ownership of issues and following through to resolution
* Managing a key function within the customer service process
* Coordinating with internal teams and external partners for shipment-related queries
* Processing claims and updating internal systems accurately
* Ensuring service level agreements are met
What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service (bonus points for eCommerce or logistics experience)
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Detail-focused with strong data entry accuracy
* Proactive, adaptable, and a confident problem-solver
* Comfortable working remotely with your own home office setup (equipment provided)
