Shift Pattern: NIGHT SHIFT 10pm-6am MON-FRI PAY RATE: £12/hr The job holder will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support. The role holder will primarily be responsible for payroll administration and account recording. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a administrative role although full training will be given. What you need to do Update and maintain holiday rota, ensuring all holiday, sickness and other duties are entered Calculating agency usage and updating agency systems Inputting costings into the accounts sheet on a weekly basis Entering KPIs for the weekly period reports Raising purchase orders via the Oracle system What you need to know and show Good experience in administration services and systems including Outlook, Excel and ideally PO systems.
