As a Senior Manager in Strategy&, you will play a central role in solving the most critical strategic problems of the world’s leading international banks, insurers, wealth managers and FinTechs. You will spend the vast majority of your time leading the delivery of client projects. You will lead teams of juniors and clients to solve strategic problems, develop strong client relationships and progress the personal development of others. Outside of engagements, you will build networks and engage with our wider Financial Services sector Deals and Consulting teams including our market-leading Digital Banking capability group; generate thought leadership, new propositions and initiatives based on your personal interests and insights; and drive your own personal development and that of your colleagues to deliver ever more value to clients. What Your Days Will Look Like Managing strategic projects for clients, including structuring the approach, team and timeline and driving each assignment to a successful conclusion, reporting to the Partner and Director team. Directing analysis, assessing the depth required on each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings and quality assuring the results in conjunction with project leadership. Supporting the Partner and Director team with business development, preparing proposals, nurturing your industry relationships and working with our cross-sector teams to develop differentiated propositions and assets. Managing the development of junior team members on projects and supporting their careers through mentorship, coaching and leadership. This Role Is For You If You have substantial experience working within Strategy / M&A Consulting Specific experience working with large banks, insurers, wealth or asset managers on one or more of the following: Corporate or BU strategy; Growth & product strategy; M&A; Cost transformation strategy; Customer journey / process development Proven track record in managing teams and coaching others to high performance Ability to apply top-down strategic thinking to complex, ambiguous and unfamiliar problems Demonstrated ability to work with quantitative data and structuring quantitative analysis Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience in communicating with senior Executives in oral and written form Ability to quickly and confidently develop relationships, including in challenging situation What You’ll Receive From Us No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
