Position
As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland’s most acclaimed single malt whiskies; Glenmorangie and Ardbeg.
The Senior Brand Manager will contribute to the profitable development of the brand by developing and delivering brand equity building programs for implementation by the Moet Hennessy in-market teams. Defining and developing the brand strategy, including brand range and innovation, to deliver scale growth for the brand.
Job Responsibilities
1. Support the development and shaping of brand strategy.
2. Propose, recommend, and implement innovative marketing programmes in accordance with the defined strategy to build brand desirability.
3. Support the development of the brand innovation and renovation strategy and pipeline.
4. Lead implementation of innovation and renovation developments.
5. Working with the Consumer Engagement team, shape the global media guidelines for the brand, providing support to market teams on their country-level media planning.
6. Lead insight-based evaluation of content pre, during, and post creative development to optimise impact.
7. Work with key markets to ensure the effective execution of Maison brand plans and business development.
Profile
Professional/Technical Experience
1. Degree qualified within a relevant field
2. Experience working within FMCG and alcoholic drinks sector
3. Strong marketing skills: brand strategy, product development, advertising communications development and creative development
4. Experience leading scale packaging design and/or innovation projects
