We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst – Logistics Solutions to join our team in our Leicester business centre. This role involves providing analytical, commercial and financial support across the business area.
About the role
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
* Support the divisional objectives of the sales and logistics solutions team
* Calculate all allocated salary payments including overtime, commission and bonus payments
* Identify and develop new data modelling tools and concepts
* Maintain, update and improve all management reporting systems
* Provide internal and external support
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an accounting, statistical analysis or planning role with proven analytical skills. Here is a quick tick list for the other skills we are looking for:
* Experience in manipulating and analysing large amounts of data
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Good team working skills
* Good organisation and planning skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Power BI experience would be beneficial
