Role Overview: Office based and working Monday-Friday, we are seeking a Business Administrator to join our multi-skilled team. The role is key to managing a variety of administrative tasks including general office administration, upholding use of the CRM system and providing business support. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritise a diverse work load, work well with stakeholders and be looking to join an established team. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative cover for the required areas of the business. This may include but is not limited to, order processing, export compliance, shipping, photocopying, scanning, documenting etc. Use a CRM system to manage data entry, including processing orders. Extract and present reporting data from CRM. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets. Follow the quality and environmental management system processes and work instructions. Requirements: Essential: Good commercial office administration experience of at least 2 years in a professional environment. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel. Have experience managing demands from a variety of stakeholders and prioritising your workload. Able to interact with a variety of stakeholders face-to-face over the phone and via email. Willing to learn new skills such as using a CRM System, making visa applications, export compliance and shipping. Works well in a team. Able to work to deadlines. Good communication skills. Accurate data entry. Desirable: Experience of using a CRM system. Knowledge of using a CRM system to produce reports. Knowledge of GDPR requirements. Knowledge or experience of export compliance and shipping.
