Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 DOE (Pro Rata)
Hours: Flexible working hours available.
My client is a leading national charity supporting adults who have suffered from brain injuries. Comprising assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals, they are looking for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist for their service in Birmingham.
The service supports adults who have suffered from cognitive, physical, and/or emotional symptoms following a brain injury. The Senior SaLT will provide leadership and support to a multi-disciplinary team who assist in the rehabilitation of those that utilize the service.
The right candidate will have:
* A Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
* Registered with the HCPC
* Achieved Dysphagia Competencies
* Specialist knowledge of SaLT models and interventions in ABI (e.g., social communication, cognitive communication, communication partner training)
* Able to manage complex dysphagia within an adult neurology caseload
* Minimum 4 years of qualified experience encompassing complex case management
The right candidate will receive:
