Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for food preparation and safety. Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
2. Train and mentor team members in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
3. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
4. Assist in menu planning and inventory management to optimise kitchen efficiency.
5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
6. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Skills
1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
3. Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food safety regulations.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in supervising kitchen operations, including cooking and bartending when necessary.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
