We are looking for a number of Collection Account Managers to join a friendly team in the heart of Truro to work with some new Commercial Clients! Join a company with great earning potential!
Do you want to join a company that flies their colleagues to their Annual General Meeting?
You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone, ensuring professionalism at all times.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients to collect payments over the phone and work with them to negotiate repayment plans. You must be able to remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure.
Telephone experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given since this company champions employee progression.
Salary: £15.00 per hour + uncapped commission
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays
