About you: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5-7 years' experience in a production environment, ideally in electronics manufacturing. Demonstrated success in a leadership/management role. Expertise in manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning. Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Experience with ERP systems and production software. A proactive approach and a commitment to excellence.
