Location: Remote, with requirement to travel to your area of responsibility as the business requires (Bournemouth, Dorset)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours of work: 42 hour per week
Salary: £20 per hour- 7 days per week, 4 on 4 off pattern
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Supreme Guarding Services Ltd is an S.I.A Approved contractor which specialises in the provision of security solutions, facilities management & services, catering and properties management within the UK. Supreme values adaptability, collaboration, and commitment.
The role: Supreme is working with a national organisation highly regarded for their ability to provide high-quality care, support, and accommodation to vulnerable groups across the UK, including displaced peoples who are placed into designated emergency accommodation whilst their process of settlement is being reviewed. We are looking for “Cluster Managers” to provide high-quality operational day-to-day management of delivering and developing operations support to several accommodation (Hotel) sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational team in your designated area comply with and adhere to all company policies and processes, legislation, and contractual requirements, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Local Authorities and charitable organisations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will report to the Regional Manager Supreme Facilities and will be accountable for coordinating with local authorities, community services, charities, and other stakeholders to arrange an array of activities to take place at site level, including oversight and responsibility for all onsite services ensuring they are compliant with government legislation and regulations. These include but are not limited to:
* Ensure support is being delivered to the Service Users in line with legal requirements.
* Management of Property Portfolio compliance checks and escalation.
* Adherence to all Health & Safety guidelines.
* Connect & Collaborate with your colleagues, line manager, and team members.
* Ensure daily resources for work streams are in place and manage any contingent requirements where applicable.
* Regularly reviewing and maintaining the awareness of team capability to ensure training and development is provided to support the requirements of the contract.
* Communicating and liaising with stakeholders, local authority staff, and subcontractors, including the Police, NHS, involved charities, and Environmental Health, at an appropriate level.
Role Criteria
* Basic knowledge of MS Office packages is essential. Excellent and clear communication skills with a confident telephone manner. Listening and problem-solving skills, including patience when dealing with service user or stakeholder enquiries.
* Maintain a good understanding of the legislation of the contract, sound time management, and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and proactive, dedicated, and a can-do approach.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Reliable, trustworthy, high integrity, and sound judgement.
