We have an urgent requirement for an ICT Operations Coordinator to provide guidance and leadership to the Tier 1 and 2 teams, and to ensure that a high quality first and second level technical service desk function is provided. The role holder will also be responsible of the delivery of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 service in line with the agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities include: * Manage the overall Tier 1 and Tier 2 functions and their associated activities, including the allocation of resources to fulfil service requirements. * Take responsibility for relevant ICT incidents, service requests and problems, through escalation to resolution in line with best practice guidelines. * To ensure service continuity within Tier 1 and 2, during periods of planned, unplanned leave or increased call volumes. * Monitor KPIs and SLAs relating to incidents and problems assigned to the relevant service functions.
Essential skills and experience include: * Experience in an ICT service-related environment * Proven Experience of service delivery, problem management and resolution * Experience of Managing Teams and Staff * Experience of desktop software & hardware configuration * Experience in the use of an ITSM
