We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team. A vacancy has arisen for the role of ICT Trainer within Learning and Development
The main purpose of the role:
* To design and deliver training, learning and development interventions to meet customer and business needs which support Nottinghamshire Police's strategic objective.
* Ensure all activity supports and enhances the performance of Nottinghamshire Police by ensuring that all learning and development is performance driven, responsive to business need and contributes to sustainable improvements in organisational performance.
* To deliver activity aimed at improving the performance of individuals and groups
Key skills and experience required
* Level 4 teaching or learning & development qualification as a minimum or proven relevant experience (if qualification not already held, must be willing to undertake and successfully complete within 9 months).
* Well-developed oral communication skills to make presentations, facilitate learning and explain complex issues to a range of audiences.
* Ability to take the lead in the design, development and assessment of Learning and Development activities.
