Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Homecare Lead Rare & Neurology to join us in our UK & Ireland team to be field based covering the UK & Ireland About the role Homecare account management nationally and at a territory level between our HCP customers, field force Healthcare and Access Partner (HAP), Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL), Patient Support Program partners, and Network Leads (NL) teams, as well as our homecare vendor providers is critical to demonstrating the impact that the PSPs can provide. Homecare account management is key to the early identification of areas for improvement – whether that be improvements to the materials provided to patients, nurse triaging, or vendor service issue resolution as well as early opportunities for continuous differentiation and personalization of our Patient Support programs. Who you’ll work with This role will report to the Head of Patient Experience within the Commercial Team and will be dedicated to homecare program operational management of homecare services for Rare and Neurology medicines to ensure delivery of high-quality day to day homecare operational excellence. This role will be non-promotional and will be field based. What you’ll do To effectively manage and ensure optimal high-quality delivery of all homecare services for Rare and Neurology medicines To ensure that each homecare service is delivering value to patients, NHS and UCB, and resolve any issues in a timely manner. To account manage all homecare providers and ensure that they deliver against agreed commercial and NHS KPIs To collaborate and work closely with the Homecare Lead for Immunology and the Head of Patient Experience to ensure consistency; share insights and best practice across all homecare programs. Deliver one vision for Homecare management across UCB UK and Ireland. To co-lead the quarterly Homecare Governance Committee to ensure that all homecare programs are executed with excellence according to the approved local work instruction, governance framework and homecare contractual agreements. Escalate any critical operational issues to stakeholders in the Homecare Governance Committee. I nterested?
