Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised IFA Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in financial services and willing to take necessary exams to become fully qualified.
You will provide essential administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and help ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to IFAs, including preparing client documentation for client meetings.
* Maintain and update client records and database accurately.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Process new business applications and follow up on outstanding requirements.
* Liaise with product providers to obtain necessary information and documentation.
* Support the compliance process by ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
Experience
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* A desire to progress in the financial services industry, including a commitment to taking professional exams (e.g. CII or equivalent).
