Local Land Charges is a vital front line service in the land and property market. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead and work as part of our team maintaining the local land charges register, including the processing of search applications. The team is also responsible for the Street Naming and Numbering service.
MDDC has completed the HMLR migration.
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are able to work on their own initiative with the minimum of supervision. Experience is preferred but full training will be given.
Candidates should have a good standard of education with demonstrable experience of working within an office environment. You should have a professional and polite telephone manner, good organisational skills, and be able to communicate at all levels. Competence in the use of information technology is essential.
We have well established hybrid working arrangements – so you may work from home part of the week too. Our offices in Tiverton are readily accessible, not far off the M5.
