JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Vetting and ID Team Leader, this role is responsible for ensuring that all new hires, existing employee renewals and internal transfers are quickly, accurately and thoroughly screened in line with requirements for their role with easyJet The Vetting and ID Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all easyJet, Airport Authority and Department for Transport compliance requirements and policies are met To provide great customer service by being a supportive point of contact for the Employee, Candidate, their Referees or any authority needed help during the Vetting and ID process To support the Vetting and ID Team leadership in identifying improvements in the Vetting and ID Process To help the team maintain consistently high levels of service and compliance through Quality Control activity
