Health & Safety Administrator Location: Birstall, West Yorkshire Salary: Up to £26k DOE Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) Join our HSEQ team We're looking for a passionate, proactive individual to support our H&S Manager and team. No experience required - just a keen interest in health, safety, and environmental management. Key Responsibilities: Manage HSEQ admin and handle employee queries. Promote a positive health and safety culture. Maintain and update IMS documentation. Support health and safety policy development and monitoring. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain training records and arrange external courses. Assist with Health & Safety Plans and CDM matters. Distribute safety, health, and environmental materials. Encourage and review safety suggestions. Research and collate information for reports and policy updates. Administer computer and database systems. Requirements: Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and accurate data recording. Good organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and proactive. Discreet with confidential information.
