Nurse Unit Manager
Location: Stoke on Trent (ST4)
Salary: GBP25.00 per hour + paid breaks + paid handover - GBP50,050 per annum
Days - 38.5 hours

This award-winning service boasts excellent staff nurse to patient ratios with 4 nurses on days and nights alongside CHAPS and a high number of care staff. Your role as a Nurse Unit Manager would be to oversee a 26-bedded nursing unit.
Duties for the role of Nurse Unit Manager:
1. Working part supernumerary and part nursing to ensure oversight of the unit
2. Promote evidence-based practice
3. Auditing and medication spot checks
4. Management of the team, skill mixing and rota management
5. Working with the senior management team to ensure compliance on the unit
6. Promoting person-centred care and advocating for the residents
