Step Teachers are collaborating with a primary school in Norwich to find a passionate SEN 121 TA who wants to make a difference in the lives of children with complex needs. If you have experience working as a SEN 121 TA, we want to hear from you!
SEN 121 TA – Role:
* Provide one-on-one sessions with SEN children.
* Assist with classroom management and create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.
* Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.
* Help maintain a clean and organised learning environment.
* Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
SEN 121 TA – Requirements:
* Recent experience working as an SEN 121 TA in a primary school.
* A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
* Willingness to collaborate with teachers and support staff.
* A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
