Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Marshall Land Rover Melton Mowbray
Hours: Monday to Friday including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: £30,738 basic plus Uncapped bonus scheme based on upsells, customer satisfaction score and performance

The role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the point of contact between customers and our workshop, based front of house in the showroom. Full training is provided, so prior experience in a car dealership is not necessary.
Who you are
* Previous customer service experience is essential.
* Passionate about the customer journey and providing a great customer experience.
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills as you will manage your own customer base.
* Confident in supporting complex customer issues and seeking management guidance when necessary.
* Tech-savvy, ideally with experience using CRM systems.
What you’ll do
* Establish and manage customer relationships ahead of their booking, greeting them on arrival.
* Support the customer’s experience throughout their Marshall journey positively and proactively.
* Act as an advocate for the business and the customer, supporting decision-making for desirable outcomes.
* Complete all administration duties linked to the customer accurately.
* Proactively support customers with future requirements.
* Work as part of a team to drive outstanding customer service and retention.
