Our client is currently looking for a Property Services Administrator to join their busy team.
What you will be doing:
* Overseeing the processes of procurement and tendering of facility management services for a large client base
* Raising purchase orders for services
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Adhering to budgets set out by clients
* Ensuring clients standards are met or exceeded at all times
* Supporting Category Managers across the business’ service lines
* Exploiting performance improvement opportunities
* Negotiate price points
What you need to bring:

* Ability to think strategically
