Site Manager - Permanent - Main Contractor - Warwickshire Sites - Water Projects
Your new company
You will be joining a high-profile main contractor working on water projects in the Warwickshire area. This established contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard multiple Site Managers to join their team.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will oversee sites in the Warwickshire area and be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Managing direct labour and subcontractors
2. Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
3. Maintaining an accurate site diary
4. Liaising with clients
5. Undertaking site audits and inspections
6. Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
7. Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water (clean or waste) industry in a site management or supervisory capacity
8. Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders
9. Strong time management and leadership skills.
