Territory Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: South East (London & Surrounding) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 doe, with commission and bonus We are working with an exciting client in the fine food wholesale and manufacturing sector, who are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive business development within the South East of England. This role is a prime opportunity for a sales professional with a background in engaging with diverse trade sectors such as garden centres, farm shops, multiples, and food service sectors. Day to Day of the Role: Balance time between nurturing existing high-profile accounts and pursuing new business opportunities to boost sales. Analyse market trends and customer needs to devise and implement effective sales and profit solutions. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, showcasing a dedication to business growth. Operate autonomously, managing your schedule and customer interactions with professionalism and poise. Required Skills & Qualifications: Articulate, enthusiastic, and confident with superior interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and independent, capable of engaging with customers in a courteous manner. Commercially savvy, with a sales-driven mindset and a focus on goal achievement. Proficient in IT with strong analytical capabilities. Experience in selling to garden centres, farm shops, and gift shops is advantageous. Proven track record in new business development and innovative sales strategies.
