Main Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Court Papers
2. Clerical support to costs team
3. Preparation of Part 8 proceedings
4. Preparation of Detailed Assessment requests
5. Service of bills of costs
6. Preparation of court bundles
7. Ensuring post received is placed on costs files
8. Ensuring post out is sent correctly
9. Carrying out data entry & reporting
10. Assisting the team with their workload where required

1. Good general IT skills

4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
5. Able to work in an organised way, prioritising work appropriately
6. Able to apply initiative and forward thinking.
7. Flexible approach & keen attention to detail.
8. Excellent verbal communication skills with a proactive and positive manner
