Are you a dedicated EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling role? Long Term Teachers are working with a Primary school local to Axminster. The Head Teacher is looking to add to their flourishing team to start in November.
The role is required to support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience supporting a nursery and/or primary school setting
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues
* Passion for supporting the learning and development of young learners
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
* Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
* Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
