I am looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to join a brand-new supported living provider based across North West London, who are planning to open multiple supported living services that specialise in mental health for adults.
You will join as the Operations Manager that will be overlooking a portfolio of properties throughout the London area, with the view to develop strong links with local authorities within mental health to generate referrals, open and develop new services in line with the director, recruit Service Managers and a staff team, and be the driving force behind the company.
The Operations Manager will receive a fantastic salary of £60,000 plus additional bonuses related to KPIs and performance.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults including Mental Health, Substance misuse, Homelessness or Family trauma.
2. Multisite managerial experience.
3. Supervisory or management experience overseeing Registered and Service Managers.
4. High level of knowledge around CQC, care quality standards, safeguarding and service management.
5. Ability to liaise with key stakeholders in the charity and external agencies.
6. Business and financial acumen to oversee action and development plans, financial budgets and accounts.
