They are also an excellent employer who take fabulous care of their much valued staff. As Guest Experience Host, you will provide a professional and welcoming greeting to all visitors to the site. You will manage bookings and set ups of all meeting spaces and ensure the guest experience is the best it can be at all times. You will support the wider team and be the first point of contact for all occupiers and visitors. Reception functions as the front line - assisting in all aspects of service delivery and supporting the Site Director, Operations Manager and Senior Management team. You will be directly responsible for the reception area, serviced office accommodation and conference rooms, ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation. Responsibilities Welcoming all visitors to the site Ensuring all visitors sign in and out of the building using the self-check in system Issuing of temporary security passes to client staff and visitors Booking and managing car parking for visitors where necessary Ensuring collection and deliveries work well and with ease for the client Answering telephone calls and managing multiple email inboxes Monitoring and ordering of all office/conferencing supplies Acting as first point of contact for the clients and exercising judgement and initiative in determining how to progress / action enquiries Providing efficient and confidential administrative / ad-hoc support to the other members of the team as required Managing all associated tasks with meeting room bookings, including calendar management, booking process, room set ups including refreshments and anything else requested by the client Checking meeting rooms for cleanliness/maintenance Ensuring meeting room welcome signage is completed before client arrival The ideal candidate: Previous experience in a similar role Excellent organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating across all levels Fast and accurate typing skills Able to use own initiative Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
