Your new role Reporting to the Group Marketing Director you will be part of a small and collaborative marketing team. You will be responsible for the marketing activities of our three global brands. Working in a busy, sales environment where no day is the same, you will need to deliver a high-class service to our internal and external stakeholders, including: Execute marketing plans: Showcasing the full suite of recruitment services, ensuring these reach our target audiences effectively. Content Creation : Craft content that highlights the breadth of our recruitment solutions, including client case studies, industry insights, recruitment advice and new service launches. Deliver content across digital channels, boosting awareness of our product portfolio among current and prospective clients. Client-Focused Marketing : Tailor marketing activities to meet client needs, including web analytics, data interpretation, and preparing reports that support business decisions. Campaign Execution : Work closely with the Group Marketing Director to develop and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns, using segmentation and data insights to reach decision-makers. Create compelling collateral, email content, press releases, and thought leadership pieces. PR: Write press releases for news, reports and thought leadership. Marketing Analytics : Produce analytics reports to evaluate campaign success, identifying areas for improvement to optimise reach and impact. Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data to enhance marketing ROI. Automation : Create email copy to build out our automation activities. Events: Co-ordinate client and candidate exhibitions and other events as required. New media channels: Identify new media channels that will support the delivery of the Group’s business plan. Proofreading: Proofreading copy from other members of the marketing department and other internal stakeholders. Brand Protection & Development : Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content and marketing efforts align with our standards and brand guidelines across the Faststream Group. Training: Deliver marketing-related training. Marketing cover: Cover the Marketing department function as and when required. Please note that this is not a social media role. About you This fast-paced role requires a confident communicator (written and verbal) with excellent time management and organisational skills, who can work autonomously, to tight deadlines and turnaround campaigns quickly and professionally. You will also need to be methodical with high attention to detail as professional precision is paramount to this role. Essential experience and qualifications include: Minimum five years of marketing experience A degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or English Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel Experience in B2B Marketing Passion for data quality Writing short and long-form content Website content management systems Data analysis Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Desirable experience and qualifications include: Use of Canva or Adobe suite Experience working in a medium to large business Practical marketing experience in a professional services environment Google or Hubspot qualifications Who you will be joining The Faststream Recruitment Group was established in 1999, employs over 100 people and is dedicated to providing specialist high-end recruitment solutions across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
