This role is ideal for Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitors or those with a few years of post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of residential property matters, ranging from sales and purchases to more complex transactions. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
