About the role
Helping people to prepare for and manage financial health shocks is vital to Shelter’s work in preventing homelessness. As part of our efforts to reach vulnerable people earlier, our corporate volunteers are delivering Money Information Sessions in their local communities, signposting people to the housing advice they need.
With a focus on the Birmingham area, you will play a key part in supporting our national Financial Health Volunteer programme, helping volunteers provide vital support to individuals and communities in need. You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring that our volunteers are well-supported, matched with the right organisations, and have a smooth and rewarding volunteer experience.
