To work with other members of the Operations team to facilitate the accurate tracking, assigning and timely recording of all service data within Apogee Corporation. Through internal and external customer relationships You will ensure asset records in both software environments/databases are aligned. Collection Methods ofaccurate data against Asset Records to ensure the Billings Team know which Customers to request and obtain manual readings from. Support in the disabling of devices on our Remote Management Software for any devices that have been returned to Apogee Report generation and distribution to teams/customers Creation and maintenance of engineer records and device management in Data base Updating and maintaining customer records in our Service Management Software and Company Postcode Directory & Contacts Catalogue Assist in the building of records for service regions and structure Liaising with Field Service management and other departments
