Catch 22 are currently working with a Financial organisation based in EC2N who are on the lookout for Experienced Arabic speaking concierge staff.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, 8am-6pm shifts can vary on requirements.
Requirements:
1. Must be fluent in Arabic and English spoken and written.
2. Must have Enhanced DBS check dated in last 3 months.
Duties:
1. Greet and welcome clients and guests upon arrival with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
2. Provide a seamless and personalized client experience, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly and courteously.
3. Offer Arabic language support to clients and internal departments, assisting with translation or interpretation as needed.
4. Manage client appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings in collaboration with relevant teams.
5. Maintain the lobby/reception area to a high standard, ensuring it is always presentable and in line with brand expectations.
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in a concierge, front-of-house, luxury hospitality, or high-end client service role.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
