Based in Bristol, this leading and large accountancy practice has a very wide-ranging client base with clients ranging from sub-audit threshold turnover clients to £billion turnover clients. There is a mix of home to office working, flexible hours, with highly competitive remuneration and benefit packages.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will take on increasing responsibility for the hands-on provision of year-end statutory accounts, bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT returns, and software implementation advice and help. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and their finance departments in a key support capacity, along with the chance to develop technically and progress, with support on offer for those pursuing further qualifications.
Profile
For this Assistant Accountant role, you may be AAT qualified or studying at AAT level 3 or 4. Equally, you could be pursuing and studying for ACCA/ACA or other qualifications. You will have a background working within the UK accountancy practice sector for an accounting firm of any size, having at least two to three years of experience to date, or considerably more experience. You will bring a mix of providing services across any of: year-end accounts preparation, management accounts, tax, bookkeeping, VAT, and accounting software advice experience and be looking to find a new career move, where you can progress within a successful team and firm. Study support is on offer.
Job Offer
