We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Account Director to join our growing Paid Media team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, managing campaigns across platforms including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Paid Search and Paid Social, coupled with a proven track record of delivering results for clients. As a key leader within the Paid Media team, you will play a central role in driving client success, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth and expertise of the wider agency. Duties & Responsibilities Team Management & Processes Take full ownership and responsibility for the training and development of Account Executives while supporting wider training initiatives. Align agency processes and policies across your team and ensure they are adhered to. Share industry knowledge and insights with the team and clients to enhance the agency's overall expertise. Contribute to Visualsoft's thought leadership and marketing efforts through the creation of blogs, case studies, and other relevant content Client Relationships & Account Management Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ performance marketing activity and broader business objectives. Ensure all accounts are achieving KPIs and proactively provide strategic recommendations to drive success. If accounts are underperforming, take ownership of identifying actionable next steps to achieve client KPIs. Lead client meetings with clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and regular performance updates. Manage client expectations and deliverables through clear, concise, and proactive communication. Own the delivery of client roadmaps, addressing any challenges to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Demonstrate confidence in forecasting, scenario planning, and presenting innovative ideas to exceed KPIs. Implement and maintain clear processes for campaign activations, ensuring all activity is executed in a timely and effective manner. Deliver meaningful client reports, contextualising performance metrics and identifying clear, actionable next steps. Implement a clear test and learning approach across clients and lead on executing and refining this approach. Independently handle tasks such as forecasting, strategy development, and client meetings with minimal support. Personal Development Identify and agree personal development needs, and take actions to address these. Requirements Experience in both Paid Search & Social platforms and campaigns. Experience with cross channels e.g. Meta, Google Analytics Strong presentation writing experience Experience in managing and delivering successful outcomes for clients Experience in analysing data and producing reports Experience in working with and building relationships with key stakeholders IT literate especially working knowledge of Google Suite Excellent organisational skills to manage and prioritise workload, anticipate needs and work on own initiative and as part of a high-functioning team A passion for following trends and data whilst using analytics to report on, and lead success Confident to collaborate and make recommendations in line with marketing strategy and budgets Excellent communication and collaboration Core Competencies, Skills & Personal Attributes Leadership and mentoring: Ability to train, develop, and coach junior team members to achieve their full potential.
