As a fast-growing business, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support the Founder & Managing Partner in optimising operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. Position Overview: This strategic role is instrumental in driving the growth and efficiency of Corfai Capital by overseeing critical administrative, operational, and organisational functions. Acting as a trusted right-hand to the Founder, this position ensures the seamless execution of priorities, allowing greater focus on high-impact strategic initiatives and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support & Administration Act as a trusted right-hand to the Founder to optimise his time, managing schedules, emails, and priorities efficiently. Handle correspondence, filter communications, draft and send high-quality emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the Founder. Organise and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points. Assist with client and deal-related documentation, ensuring timely execution and compliance. Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and decision-making. Business Operations & Organisation Streamline and manage administrative processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. Oversee CRM and data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in deal tracking. Manage key workflows, including document preparation, NDA tracking, and diligence coordination. Liaise with external vendors, legal, accounting, and IT service providers as needed. Project & Deal Coordination Support the execution of M&A transactions by coordinating deal logistics and tracking progress. Conduct initial research and prepare briefing materials on potential deals, buyers, and market trends. Work closely with the Founder on investor outreach, pipeline management, and strategic initiatives. Strategic Support & Business Growth Act as a sounding board for the Founder, providing insights, feedback, and helping prioritise key initiatives. Support in business development activities, including managing follow-ups and preparing presentations. Monitor industry developments and competitors, keeping Corfai Capital informed of market shifts. Qualifications: 5 years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations role, ideally in M&A, finance, or professional services. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear and professional correspondence. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and Project Management platforms, e.g. Asana. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
