Our prestige client based in Wetherby is looking for a detail-oriented, dynamic Sales Administrator to support their small team on a full time, permanent basis. This position is looking after clients and customers throughout the entire sales process, sharing responsibility for addressing customer enquiries, and notifying the appropriate parties of any schedule delays, maintaining all client case management and, working with other departments when required.
Duties include -
* Schedule appointments and coordinate general diary activities.

* Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, manage expectations, and provide feedback.
* Regularly update and fully leverage internal software for maximum efficiency.
* Ensure accurate, up-to-date record-keeping by making detailed and appropriate notes.
