Occasional travel to team meetings Department: Test and Validation Reason for role (New role / Backfill / Bid): Replacement for leaver Clearance (Fujitsu Basic / Local Government: Basic Mandatory Skills (Candidate must have all) SuccessFactors Highly Desirable Skills: 5 years plus of testing experience Strong SuccesFactors experience Built and tested test frameworks Experience of managing people and projects Understand requirements for testing and agree testing scope with stakeholders Be accountable for the delivery of testing activities within budget and timescale Create test plan documents or test strategy for projects, that address the requirements and mitigate the risks of the solution under test Organise test materials, environments, tools and resources required to deliver the planned testing activities and co-ordinates the delivery of testing against the schedule Report test progress, risks and test incidents and collect test measurements and metrics Undertake bid and pre-sales activities where appropriate Experience of producing testing documents and reports Working Pattern (Mon-Fri, Shifts, on-call): Mon-Fr Timesheet Approver: Paul Meader
