Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Conveyancing Legal Administrator to join our team in Rushden.
This entry-level role carries out a wide range of administrative tasks that will provide the foundation for administrative support within a busy professional law firm. The Legal Administrator will provide efficient and cost-effective administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners in the departmental team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to complete tasks methodically and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
They should also be comfortable working effectively with others in a team, be a confident self-starter with great organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and multitask and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues confidently and professionally.
Desired, but not essential, qualifications and skills are working knowledge or experience of using MS Office (particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and previous experience in an office-based role or an administration position.
