ABOUT EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Our Executive Search practice is a high-touch, deeply rigorous service which has a rich history making critical senior appointments for our Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Digital Health and Healthcare Service clients. We work in all major regions including the US, Europe and Asia, with all types of companies from conception to early funding rounds into the clinic through late phase, submission and launch. We work with small emerging companies, scaling mid-caps right through to the biggest global multi-nationals.
We are appointing a senior role in our Board and Executive Partners team in Europe. The team is led by Simon Allsop, who has over 25 years international experience in Executive Search. The team appoints Chairpeople, board members, C-level leaders and their key leaders in biopharma, device, digital health and service companies. Partners in the team are responsible for originating and leading retained search assignments, supported by our exceptional in-house research team

* Business development and networking
* Originating, leading and winning Executive Search pitches
* Oversight and leadership of Executive Search projects
* Origination of business for other brands / services in the Barrington James group
* Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
* An experienced recruiter with a track record of senior level placements (Director, VP and above)
* Either experienced in Executive Search and retained assignments or ready to learn
* Experience recruiting in any business sector will be considered
* Balancing drive and a high-performance mentality with teamwork and strong ethics
