Overview of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of our fast-paced and dynamic Digital Technology Services (DTS) team. This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, a strong team spirit, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Join us and play a key part in keeping our high-performing team running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assisting EA team with:
* Email and calendar management.
* Booking meetings, venues, flights, and hotels.
* Completing expense reports for MDs and SDs.
* Completing weekly timesheets for MDs.
Assisting wider team with:
* Handling general office tasks, such as filing, printing, binding, scanning, and data entry.
* Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff.
* Improving and maintaining storage and retrieval systems.
* Ad hoc clerical duties and projects.
* Covering for EA holidays and absences.
Requirements
* Active listener with good communication skills.
* Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
* Good time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proactive and eager to learn.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
