As our Facilities and Helpline Administrator, youll provide administration support to the Facilities Division and support users of the Helpdesk system that provides a fault logging service across South Thames Colleges Group. Youll liaise with Facilities Managers, IT Managers, Senior Technicians, Technical Support Officers and Site Services/Maintenance Officers regarding job requests to provide an effective Helpdesk that delivers a high level of customer service to users. Youll also assist in supporting the Finance Department with Purchase Order Processing for STCG and raise purchase order requisitions for the Facilities Department and prepare invoices for payment approval by Facilities budget holders. With previous administration and helpdesk experience, youll have high level customer service skills, able to establish credibility with managers and understand the business need. Youll have strong IT and keyboard skills, familiar with MS Office and able to learn new systems and put them into practice. Able to write clear and concise reports and produce and analyse data making appropriate recommendations, youll have highly developed communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills, with accuracy to detail, good organisational skills and able to work individually and as part of a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
