This is an exciting role for someone who has been working in a CRM/email role or has some experience of this within a broader digital position. With a couple of years’ experience already, you’ll be looking for that next opportunity that will give you some fantastic development!
This is an opportunity working for a well-known retailer as part of a large CRM team. The role requires end to end campaign management across email, SMS and direct mail channels.
What will you be doing in the role?
1. Creating campaign briefs to brief the creative agency on any design needed and brief the content team to ensure that copy and messaging is delivered on time.
2. Segmenting data and importing into the CRM platform- Marigold.
3. Building the campaigns within the templates and ensuring they are sent out on time.
4. Post-campaign reporting and analysis.
Experience and personal attributes needed:
5. Previous experience in a CRM role.
6. An inquisitive and pro-active mindset.
7. Excellent communication and project management skills.
8. A numerate and analytical brain.
9. Experience in either a B2B or B2C business where you have been responsible for driving leads and/or revenue.
