Kiwa Agri Food is seeking a Training Support Administrator to join our dynamic Training team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of individual training courses, supporting the team in meeting budget goals. Additionally, you’ll assist the Kiwa Feed team with customer training queries, playing a vital part in the success of our training services. This role is a hybrid role, located in Harrogate.

Overview:
* Act as the main contact for online student support, managing the training inbox and resolving queries.
* Convert client queries into quotes, and then to ‘won’ quotes, ensuring their needs are met.
* Maintain accurate customer and supplier records, complete task sheets, send weekly student reports, and issue certificates.
* Coordinate Kiwa Agri Food course setup and scheduling with sub-contractor trainers, ensuring trainees are onboarded and receive excellent service.
* Work with the Business Support Admin team to confirm payment before trainee enrollment.
* Collaborate with the Feed team to support TASCC members.
* Support accurate and timely reporting.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Good working knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office etc.).
* Ability to work and reach targets set independently.
* Experience in customer management, balancing stakeholder needs to achieve mutual outcomes.
* Resilient, dynamic, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
* Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels.
Qualifications:
