The Role:
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a reputable company that provides premium equipment to a variety of industries. This role will suit a candidate with strong customer service and administration skills.
The responsibilities of the Service Controller:
Assisting service department, handling calls and dealing with enquiries.
Answering phone calls from customers
General administration duties, such as collecting and processing engineer's paperwork.
The successfully appointed Service Controller will have:
The ability to provide excellent administration and customer service.
Strong IT skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Attention to detail.
