Help Desk Co-ordinator
Location: Southend, Essex
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm; Tues, Wed, Thurs 08:30am to 18:00
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Our client has a vacancy for a full-time Help Desk Co-ordinator to join their team at their Southend offices.

The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to the day-to-day maintenance requirements of customers. Ideally, you will have proven experience within a help desk or telephone-based customer service role. You will be a strong relationship builder, computer literate, organized, able to meet deadlines, and possess a professional telephone manner.
Duties will include:
1. Account managing your client
2. Coordinating Engineers' diaries, scheduling planned and reactive maintenance
3. Liaising with a sub-contractor network
4. Answering telephone enquiries
5. Inputting calls onto a database system
6. Updating clients
7. Producing purchase orders
8. Checking progress
Previous experience of dealing with customers or clients over the telephone is required for this role.
You will need to have your own transport due to the location.
