Department Manager | Up to £32,445 base salary | Shift Allowance | Chichester

We are currently looking for Department Manager at our Runcton site based in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Shift Manager, you will be managing a team of Manufacturing and Production Operatives, overseeing the day to day running of your section in the factory.

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically, you would be working as follows:

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & SundayWeek 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

We offer an additional £1,030 PA shift allowance for working days and nights.
