About the Role: As a Support Worker with United Response, you’ll be helping individuals live independently in their own homes and live life on their own terms. Your day-to-day tasks may include: Assisting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning Teaching and developing life skills to empower independence Encouraging access to the community and fostering participation in local activities Accompanying individuals on trips and leisure activities Providing personal care with respect and dignity Taking an active interest in the lives of those you support, building meaningful relationships Sleep-ins as part of the role The only essential skill required is a valid UK driving license —everything else is about who you are as a person.
